İşlediğimiz veriler

Hesap: e-posta adresi, ad ve (Google ile giriş yaptıysanız) Google profil bilgisi. Oturum çerezi yalnızca girişinizi hatırlamak için kullanılır.

Sipariş: ihale adı, sektör, son tarih, notunuz, seçtiğiniz paket, sipariş anındaki ön analiz özeti ve yüklediğiniz dokümanlar.

Ödeme: kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Ödemeyi Satıcı Kaydı (Merchant of Record) olarak Paddle işler; bize yalnızca işlem referansı ve durumu iletilir.

Ücretsiz ön analiz tarayıcınızda çalışır; dosyanız bu adımda bize gönderilmez.

Amaç ve hukuki sebep

Hesabınızı açmak, siparişinizi yerine getirmek, size işlem e-postaları göndermek ve yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek (sözleşmenin ifası, KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR m.6/1-b ve c). Dokümanlarınız model eğitimi için kullanılmaz ve yayımlanmaz.

Aktarım ve alt işleyenler

Amazon Web Services (barındırma, doküman depolama, e-posta; Frankfurt, AB), Paddle (ödeme ve faturalama; Birleşik Krallık/ABD), Google (Google ile giriş ve destek e-postası). Yurt dışına aktarım, sözleşmenin ifası için gerekli olduğu ölçüde ve uygun güvencelerle yapılır.

Saklama süresi

Yüklenen dokümanlar ve teslim edilen paketler 30 gün sonra otomatik silinir. Hesap ve sipariş kayıtları hesabınızı silmemizi isteyene kadar, fatura kayıtları vergi mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca (Paddle tarafından) saklanır.

Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15-22 kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için support@novadro.com. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin denetim makamına şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.

Çerezler

novadro.com analitik veya reklam çerezi kullanmaz. app.novadro.com yalnızca oturum için zorunlu çerez kullanır; ödeme ekranı Paddle’ın çerezlerini kullanabilir.

Data we process

Account: email address, name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile details. A session cookie is used only to keep you signed in.

Orders: tender name, sector, deadline, your note, the pack you chose, the preview summary at the time of order, and the documents you upload.

Payment: we never see your card details. Paddle processes payment as Merchant of Record and sends us only a transaction reference and status.

The free preview runs in your browser; your file is not sent to us for it.

Purpose and legal basis

To create your account, fulfil your order, send transactional email and meet our legal obligations (performance of contract and legal obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Your documents are not used to train models and are never published.

Processors and transfers

Amazon Web Services (hosting, document storage, email; Frankfurt, EU), Paddle (payment and invoicing; UK/US), Google (Google sign-in and support email). Transfers outside the EU/Türkiye happen only as needed to perform the contract and under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Uploaded documents and delivered packs are deleted automatically after 30 days. Account and order records are kept until you ask us to delete your account; invoice records are kept by Paddle for the period tax law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and port your data (GDPR Arts. 15-22; KVKK Art. 11). Write to support@novadro.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

novadro.com sets no analytics or advertising cookies. app.novadro.com uses only a strictly necessary session cookie; the checkout may use Paddle’s cookies.
